The interview process was pretty standard. The interviewer asked me questions about my background and work experience and explained the job to make sure that I understood everything and would be a good fit for the position.
The interview process was intensive and intentional. Everyone I met was incredibly kind and informative. You could tell everyone was passionate about their jobs, which is a rare thing to find. Expectations of the role were presented up front, they were communicative throughout the process. Interview process was slightly lengthy but only to ensure it's the right fit for everyone.
They do a group interview that's really based on personality. Since you work with difficult people all day, every day, a huge part of what they look for is how well you get along with others. They narrow down applications to those with good customer service experience, clinical experience, and probably tech (though it doesn't seem like tech is a huge factor, it helps). Then they call about 4 people back at a time. I was offered the job on the spot. You do have to pass a drug test and be up to date on all shots, including flu, after accepting.
