Candidate-reported interview process

As you wish, on phone or any other way or you can take interview one to one. It depends upon your thinking. I think telephone is a better option for us, otherwise, as you think.

After I applied online, a recruiter reached out via email to schedule a phone interview. It was a friendly conversation that lasted about 30-40 minutes. The whole thing was behavioral questions. She mentioned she'd discuss my profile with the team and get back to me. I heard back with a rejection email about three days later.

The interview process was great. They were very straight forward and easy to talk to. The response time was great and I heard back from them within a little over a week after a phone interview & answering a short writing assignment.
