Candidate-reported interview process

It was pretty chill. No paperwork or anything, just a Facebook to Facebook chat with the hiring manager. They were in the role for ages, like forever. The 'bbls' thing comes from insecurity.

I filled out an application, signed some pre-employment paperwork, and did a 1:1 interview. They gave me all the info I needed and seemed really eager to hire me. They called me back the same day and offered me a chance to go to the next interview.

I sat down with Sydney and a floor manager. They asked about my available hours, if I had transportation, and my experience level. They also asked how I would handle an upset caller and what my solution would be.
