Candidate-reported interview process

It was good. They were very welcoming. They asked a lot of good questions that made me feel like they wanted to get to know me on different levels. I knew that they were setting me up for success.

The interview process has been a hassle. The call hold times are excessive. This company needs a lot of work. I'm trying my best. I was employed in private care by family. It's seeming dearly impossible for the turnaround process to be smooth.

I got an email about the job from a group I followed. I replied to the email and we started texting and talking on the phone. A few days later, we met in person and I answered some questions to see if we were a good match.
