I applied for this job through a temp agency and they called me for an interview at the company the next week. The interview was pretty straightforward and done by HR. I found out that same day that I was hired. I ended up temping there for 3 months.
The interview process was pretty relaxed. The hiring manager was really nice. Since I didn't have much interview experience back then, I don't think I performed my best, but looking back, it was a really basic interview. They mainly discussed the company and asked if I had any questions.
It was a pretty standard interview process. HR asked the usual stuff, and they were nice and professional. I had a phone screen a few days after applying, and then an in-person interview just 3 days later where I talked to the department manager and a C-level exec.
