Allied Air Enterprises Interview Questions

The interview process was pretty straightforward. There were 4 rounds in total. First, I spoke with a recruiter, then the hiring manager. After that, I had a panel interview with some other managers, and the final interview was with people who are currently in the same role as the one I applied for. I felt like the interviews went well. They even gave me a tour of the building after everything was done. Sadly, I never heard back from them. Everyone was nice enough, but I got the impression they wanted someone less experienced than me. It seemed like in my last interview I actually knew more than the people already working there.

Had a quick call, then a sit-down interview where they went over the job details and showed me around the facility. They seem pretty chill and focused on getting work done.

I interviewed with several people, and all those interviews were great. Finally, I had an interview with a c-level executive who seemed to really like himself. He spent the whole interview asking me to define marketing concepts, only to then tell me his own philosophical reasons why my definitions were wrong.
