I set up the interview over the phone with an HR rep. They asked me a few questions and then told me about the job. If you're expecting a call, be ready to have a professional chat. The interview felt really casual and laid back, more like talking with a friend than being interrogated. They asked some common interview questions like 'what is your greatest weakness?'.
