Allianz Partners Analyst interviews, decoded.

About two weeks after applying online, a recruiter reached out to me. The first week involved two phone interviews: one with the recruiter and another with the hiring manager for the role. The next week, I had an in-person interview.

It was a really good and clear interview process. I did three tests in one day, followed by a group interview with HR and the coordinator, where we were given a case study. I really liked it because the tests were graded immediately, and those who didn't pass were informed right away that they could try again in three months. They advise you to keep an eye on your email and phone for response times, and they actually do respond, which is rare these days with other companies. Everyone was very polite and helpful in answering any questions, from the selection to the hiring, it was a very pleasant experience.

The interview process went well and the interviewer was nice. I was asked a lot about my past jobs and my knowledge, and also some technical questions about pricing and reporting. They also gave me a full description of the role they need.
