Candidate-reported interview process

So, it was a pretty typical interview process, starting with two phone interviews. First, I chatted with someone from HR, and then I spoke with my direct manager. After that, there was an in-person interview that lasted all morning and was broken into four parts with different team members. One part was a bit unusual, with two interviewers speaking with me at the same time, but it worked out.

I applied for this job on my university's job portal, and the whole process was really straightforward and quick. It took about three weeks, and it was a good experience. The people I interviewed with were really nice and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly.

It was a long but knowledgable process where I got the chance to speak with all kinds of people that would become my colleagues if the offer was extended to me. I had a good idea of the company culture and the truly global ideals they have.
