This was the second round of interviews. We started with quick intros from everyone. Then, it was a hotseat-style interview. One interviewer focused on portfolio management and strategy, while the other covered operational and sustainability topics. They seemed knowledgeable and we had technical discussions. At the end, I was told I'd hear back eventually. The vibe felt a bit hostile, like the interviewers weren't thrilled to be there. They tried to create pressure by asking lots of follow-up questions quickly, but also seemed pretty indifferent to my answers – maybe that's just their interview style. They were kind of bored.
A lengthy and complicated process that's very inefficient. I spoke with many different employees who apparently didn't communicate with each other. Many questions were asked twice, for example, about salary or start date.
