Allianz Global Investors Graduate Program interviews, decoded.

First round with external HR, mostly motivational questions about why you would like to pursue a specific role and how your past experience will help you achieve your future goals.

I applied through the campus recruiting page, and then had an interview with Allianz employers. The whole process had 3 interviews, and the first one was on-campus with 2 interviewers.

I applied for the Global Graduate Program. After submitting my CV and completing an online assessment that involved quickly processing a lot of info, I got to pick a time for a HR phone interview. The interview focused on my CV and thesis. Unfortunately, I was rejected three weeks later. I requested feedback and was told via email that HR would be happy to provide it. After several calls, voicemails, and emails, I realized I wouldn't get a response. The process would have been fine, but promising feedback and then ghosting me feels unfair.
