Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was quite hectic with 3 back-to-back interview rounds. This included HR and technical questions. The last round was the turning point as it was the trickiest round where your patience level was checked.

F bombs were dropped like we were in a college frat house. I was forced to tell a joke on the spot. If you can bear awkwardness beyond belief then it went ok I guess. The joke test is simply to see if you can handle the atmosphere at work which consists of nerf footballs and titty jokes.

Had a phone interview, and then a "Skype" interview. They asked the exact same questions each time. In between those two, I had to complete a personality test. They were really friendly and flexible with scheduling.
