I was first contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn who was very helpful and I enjoyed speaking with them. After that, I had an interview with a sales team manager. I had given my availability for the following week, but they called and pressured me to meet sooner, which made me uncomfortable. I rearranged my schedule to accommodate the manager interview, but it wasn't professional. The manager was condescending and asked unprofessional questions.

The interview process had 3 rounds. The first was a phone call to get to know me better. Then there was a video interview, which was a good experience because the recruiter from campus was great. The third round asked the same questions, but it felt rushed and the interviewer seemed uninterested from the start, which made it a bad experience. I'm glad I didn't get an offer because that lady was rude and disrespectful.

A recruiter got in touch about a sales role at AlliantGroup and asked for my availability. Then, another recruiter from the same company conducted the interview. The interview felt generic, like something from a YouTube video on how to interview candidates. The interviewer ultimately stated my experience wasn't relevant to the job, which felt like a waste of time.
