Candidate-reported interview process

I had an initial phone call, then they flew me out to Houston for a second round of interviews on the same day as the final round. The hosts were great, showing me around the office, introducing me to leadership, and highlighting employee benefits. The final interview was problem-based: I had to solve a consulting problem and then explain my solution to management.

I got a one-way interview first, and then got rejected because I mentioned I was open to relocating and have enjoyed hybrid work in the past. The recruiter called me out of the blue months later, and I was rejected again over the phone.

The interview was pretty standard. They asked about my past work, but mostly focused on how their business works. To move forward, you really need to prepare. They do a lot of interviews to make sure you're a good fit.
