The interview process felt really pushy and rushed. They were looking for someone to start right away. When I asked about turnover, I was told they don't really have any, but online research suggests otherwise. It wasn't a difficult interview, but it lacked structure.
The interview process was pretty standard until the final round. They fly you in and have you participate in a "round table" setting with the other candidates who reached this stage. It seems the main focus is on compliance and camaraderie. If you don't agree with the prevailing group opinion, they will challenge you with questions. Defending your stance effectively will be beneficial, but otherwise, you risk being alienated, so it's crucial to "read the room." If you can figure out the desired answer and another interviewee gives a different one, you can seize that chance to point out their mistake. The management will genuinely appreciate that.
We started with a few chats to get to know each other. The last part was a presentation to the board of directors and CEO, where two other people and I interviewed.
