Alliant International University Interview Questions

the interview process was pretty straightforward. the interviewers were friendly. it included 3 interviews and a teaching demo. I also spoke with current students. I felt like overall it went well and the faculty and students who interviewed me were kind, curious, and asked decent questions.

The people I interviewed with were really approachable and asked great, in-depth questions. After a few steps, I met with the dean, and then I had to give a Job Talk where I presented my research or a teaching demo.

The whole process took a few weeks. It started with a standard phone interview, followed by a Zoom interview. They mentioned one salary range during the initial call, but the final offer was for a completely different range. My advice if I had to do it again? Maybe record the conversations you have with employees.
