The interview process at Alliant Energy is pretty simple. You start with a recruiter phone screen, and then you either have a video interview with a hiring manager or a panel interview with some potential managers. They mostly asked behavioral questions about challenges I'd faced and how I tackled them.
It starts with a quick call with HR and if that goes well you get to chat with the managers of the department you are applying for over video. It's about 30 minutes long. You should hear back about whether you got the job pretty quickly, within two weeks.
Got the offer a few months after applying. It started with a phone screen, then I chatted with the hiring manager. The interview had some pretty direct questions, mostly about my personality and whether I'd be a good fit.
