The interview process went well over a few months. I was also able to shadow the position. The interview was in person at the Independence office.
Had a few phone interviews first, then a full day of interviews onsite. It was mostly informational on the phone about company culture and values. In person, they talked about touring and how I could contribute to the team.
I interviewed with three people from different departments. One was the head of HR, another was a former employee specialist, and the last was from the industrial side. After that, I shadowed a recruiter for a day to see if it was a good fit. Then, I had a final interview because an onboarding position opened up. I also had to take two online personality tests to see if I'd fit the work environment.
