Process a was good but the interviewer was late for the phone call and then went radio silence after the interview was complete. Never heard back from Alliance. I was really disappointed in the lack of communication post interview.
Had a good conversation, I talked to a few managers. It was pretty casual overall, mostly discussing my experience in the transportation industry and how it would apply to operations.
I applied online and they reached out via email to set up an in-person interview. When I got there, one receptionist was not friendly, but the other was quite nice. I had to wait about half an hour for my interviewer. I ended up meeting with three people. The two women interviewing me seemed okay, but the guy was asking me stuff that had nothing to do with the job. It felt like he was trying to make me not want the job. Some people were nice, others gave me dirty looks or didn't speak at all. There wasn't much diversity there. I had a feeling that even with my qualifications, they wouldn't offer me the job.
