The recruiting company first contacts you via phone to discuss your general skills, job needs, and preferred employment type (direct hire, temp, temp-to-hire). They only disclose the client name if there's a potential job match. They also help with resume updates and then market you to the client. The actual interview with the client, which can be tough, is the one that really counts.
The interview process was very reasonable. I think they are a first class group in recruiting and very buttoned up. The Office Manager greeted me professionally, and they introduced me to three different staffing pros who all seemed very attentive.
So first they will give you a call for a phone interview. After that, they will set up a one on one meeting with you and ask you some really basic questions about your past and your experiences. They will also discuss about the clients and what they are looking for in a candidate for the position. Then they will go over their list of potential clients that would be a good fit for your skills and experiences.
