I had a phone chat with the CEO, and then went in for an in-person meeting. I talked with directors from two different departments. A couple of weeks after that, I got an offer by email. It was pretty chill, more like getting to know each other, talking about future plans, and my past experience, rather than a super formal interview.
The interview was mostly about getting to know each other and discussing my past experience. It felt more like a Q&A with prepared questions rather than a casual chat. The questions weren't too hard, mainly aimed at understanding my experience and how I could help the company.
Had a 30-minute phone chat, the people were super nice. They hit me with some technical questions and stuff about FDA guidelines and regulations. They got back to me super fast and invited me for an onsite interview the very next day.
