The interview process was really well organized. The people I spoke with were nice, and the communication was clear. Both HR and the Hiring Managers seemed professional. It was a good experience overall, though I didn't get a lot of detailed information about the company itself.

My experience with Alliance's HR department has been disappointing. There's a noticeable lack of communication, process transparency, and consideration for candidates. Whenever new opportunities arise, I send my resume with genuine interest, but I never receive any feedback, not even a simple reply to emails asking for information. This gives the impression that the selection processes are just a formality and that the positions are practically already designated for people recommended internally. This lack of respect damages the company's credibility with market professionals.

This interview involved questions about past experiences and personal life. It wasn't overly complex, but aimed at getting to know the candidate well. They also asked about future plans and professional and personal expectations in the short, medium, and long term.
