So, it was a 2-stage interview process. The first stage was with the team and the line manager. Then the second stage was an in-person meeting with both the line manager and the regional manager. They asked some competency-based questions and also did a role-play.
Phone interview was the standard process. The interviewer was friendly and asked about what I was looking for and described their own needs for the position. They weren't always able to answer specific questions about the facility but pointed me to someone who would know more.
I had a team interview where they asked questions that weren't directly about the job, more about what I did in my old job. They didn't really talk about the duties for the role I was interviewing for. They did read my resume and ask questions about each role I listed.
