It was a really thorough process with a bunch of panel rounds, some online and some in person. Some questions got asked again, but overall it was a good experience and the interviewers were nice. They talked about a lot of different things, like my faith, past jobs, and handling disagreements.
The process was awkward and very one-sided. It felt like I was being drilled for four hours straight with no breaks. It wasn't a relational interview.
I went through 3 rounds of interviews at ADF. Everyone I met with was really invested in the organization and treated me with respect as a candidate. If your values align with theirs, I'd suggest interviewing with Alliance Defending Freedom.
