I had an initial call with the recruiter where we talked about the role, my background, experience, and salary expectations. After that, I had an in-person interview with the hiring manager. I got an offer about 2 weeks later.

So you'll meet with a manager or two, they'll introduce themselves and then get into the job description. They'll talk about salary and commission, and then ask about your skills and how they fit the role.
