It was a pretty straightforward process. There was one technical round and one HR round. No coding was involved. They asked questions about Flow, programming languages, and some basic admin stuff. You were also asked to rate yourself.
It was a first screen process where they asked some basic questions about my current and previous jobs that were related to the role. They also asked about my availability and similar things. They asked questions related to the specific role I was applying for, like how many calls I've done and if I have prior experience with handling calls.
The interview was completely unstructured. It felt like the interviewer had already decided before we began. The meeting was set up on Teams but then delayed by an hour. The recruiter was pretty bad and didn't seem engaged at all.
