Candidate-reported interview process

It was a really great process with three rounds of interviews. First, I spoke with the hiring manager. Then, I went on-site to meet the program's team. The last interview was with the event manager. I would highly recommend this company to anyone applying because of their great culture.

The interview process felt pretty disorganized, and I might not have been the most qualified candidate. They first had me create a website and write out my project organization plan before even getting a call. Since it was my first interview after college, I wasn't very prepared. Still, the interview process was shaky and oddly structured on their end. I eventually got a different job and had to be coached up, so I get why they didn't hire me, but I wish they'd shown a bit more respect for candidates' time and well-being.

The interview process was multi-step, starting with an online application, followed by a phone interview, and then several in-person interviews. I had the chance to chat with multiple people from the company during the process. Everyone I spoke with was really nice, and the overall vibe felt hip and young.
