The interview process was quick. A new team is currently being established. ADL seems like a great place to work. The hiring manager did most of the talking, with limited questions directed at me.
The whole thing took about 2 months. The recruiter was really hard to get a hold of, mostly unavailable. Interview with the hiring manager was pretty good though, they asked some tough questions and really explained the role in detail. The panel interview was weird, one person showed up half an hour late and didn't even ask anything.
Applied online and got a quick response from the recruiter. The recruiter call was nice, but they were unclear about the interview format. The second interview was with the hiring manager, and I found out I was interviewing for a higher position than initially advertised, after already having a partial interview. The hiring manager seemed busy with multiple roles. After three weeks with no response, I followed up, and received a rejection very quickly. It felt like the decision was made earlier, and the ghosting was unprofessional and stressful. A simple email letting me know would have been better.
