Allendale Association Interview Questions

The interview process was great. James was very nice and asked a lot of scenario questions. The interview lasted about an hour but felt easygoing. The offered pay was a bit low, and when I asked for a dollar more, James said it wasn't possible. I thanked him for the opportunity, and he mentioned I could call him with any questions if I didn't find anything else.

The interviewer, James, was really nice and made me feel comfortable throughout the interview. He asked a lot of situation scenario questions, such as describe a moment where you had to handle a challenging situation and how you resolved it. Overall, he makes the job sound very interesting, but at the same time do your research before accepting a job offer.

After submitting my resume, I had an initial phone screen. Following that, I interviewed via zoom with James. He was really nice, helpful, and welcoming, and his energy made Allendale seem like a great place to work.
