Candidate-reported interview process

Started with a phone screen and a grammar test. Then I had an interview with the hiring manager. After that, there was a panel interview where I was asked to work through a scenario relevant to the role.

Started with a phone interview and a 30 min grammer test. They said they would let me know if I would proceed, but I never heard back.

I had to do this silly writing test that took about 30 minutes. Then, an HR person seemed to go look for someone to interview me. After that, they grilled me for another hour. In the end, they said my credentials were good, but they weren't hiring. It was weird because I applied after seeing their ad and they called me for an interview.
