It was a stimulating dialogue. I showed passion for asset sales. The consultative approach in negotiating with family offices and investors resonated. I showed agility and ambition. I felt a great connection with the team. Enthusiasm for growth!
The interview process was really confusing. They asked a bunch of questions that didn't seem related to the design role at all, and the whole thing felt super disorganized. Because of how disorganized it was and how pointless the questions felt, I ended up declining their offer. It just seemed like a waste of time, and I still don't get what they were even trying to figure out.
Getting into this field requires many interviews with different brokerages and many questions asked. It's all about you, you must ask and bring questions though. Don't be afraid to ask those difficult ones either.
