Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process started with a phone call with HR, and then moved to a group interview with some senior leaders and coworkers.

I first spoke with the recruiter who was really helpful and set up an interview with the hiring manager. After meeting with the HM, I had an interview with a director. I didn't hear back for a few weeks, so I followed up with the recruiter. They mentioned that recruiting for the role was on hold due to other priorities and I'd hear back in the new year. I followed up again the second week of the new year but still nothing. Three weeks later, I followed up again with an update on other opportunities, and still no response a week after that. It seems I was ghosted after multiple interviews.

The interview involved technical and general questions. The interviewers were friendly and asked questions that were relevant to the job, practical, and pertinent to the work that would be completed. There was also a Human Resources interview with some situational questions.
