Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was pretty quick and the interview questions were pretty standard for the average retail job. Don’t stress too much. Quantify your results in previous positions and it’ll be a no-brainer.

The interview process involved setting up a meeting with the Associate Creative Director and Creative Director about a week after I applied. They did most of the talking, detailing the role and expectations, rather than asking me many questions. I, on the other hand, asked a lot of questions.

I spoke with HR and the VP of Operations. They wanted to bring me back for another meeting with an executive, but I already took another job because I needed the money right away. I kinda wish I had stuck with it though, it seemed like a great fit.
