Candidate-reported interview process

I had to go through a lot of people. Some of the meetings were tough and the questions varied between each person. However overall they were very nice people.

The interview process was mostly behavioral with not much technical stuff. You just need to brush up on why you are interested in finance. Be interesting and nice. I think there's not that much in terms of banking finance technical questions here. I enjoyed most of the people I met.

It started with basic resume questions. Straight forward. Be able to discuss why "Allen & Co." This position involves lots of clerical duties, and as such you just need to show that you are adept at using Excel, Word, Google Drive... etc.
