It went well, I was interviewed by one of the owners and the design department manager. They asked to see my portfolio and asked process questions. I showed my portfolio and I did have 18 years experience then so it was a win! I got the job excellent company to work for. Respectful appreciative, compensation and benifits galore!
The interview process was quite laid-back and included casual conversation alongside discussions about personal creative projects. While they weren't overly focused on formal portfolio work, the appearance of your website was considered important. It was generally an easy process, though some interviewers could be a bit intimidating.
The interview process started with an initial phone screen, followed by a phone interview with the regional manager, and concluded with an in-person interview. Overall, it was a positive experience, and the company was transparent throughout.
