It was a really thorough process, I met with a lot of people. Everyone had different questions, and they were clearly well-prepared. They paid close attention to my CV and made the interviews feel personal, not like I was just another candidate. They were also interested in learning about me and my personal working style, not just if I could do the job. Meeting with 4 people back-to-back showed me they really value taking the time to find the right person for their company.

You'll have at least two interviews. They will ask you scenario questions related to the job you applied for. The pay might be lower than what your experience level usually commands.

It was tough and the interviewers weren't the nicest, but it was a good experience as it was my first job. I wouldn't suggest it to everyone, but some people might enjoy it; it just wasn't for me.
