Candidate-reported interview process

I applied online and then the recruiter asked me three simple technical questions that all Economics majors will be able to answer easily. Then she set up a video interview that lasted for 45 minutes and it was a panel interview.

The interviewer asked me multiple questions regarding aviation finance, a couple of which I was not ready for. Then gave time for me to ask questions. Overall, it was a good experience.

It was a 3 round process, with 4 interviews total. Each interview had 2-3 interviewers. Before the first interview, I had to answer some questions via email. The HR person was helpful, and the interviewers were nice. The questions were very technical, related to economics and aviation, and not something an average person could answer. Out of all 4 interviews, there were only 2 behavioral questions.
