I interviewed with an HR person and a current intern. They were both really enthusiastic and wanted me to join. Unfortunately, I couldn't commit to being on-site in Vegas 40 hrs/week during the school year, so I didn't get the position. Even so, the HR person was incredibly respectful, showing me the most respect I've ever received from a company. I highly recommend them and plan to apply again in the future.
The interview process included an HR round and two technical rounds with managers. The HR round was pretty straightforward. The technical rounds were a bit challenging because I was presented with scenarios and asked to explain my problem-solving approach.
The interview started with general questions and then moved into more technical ones. For the revenue management role, it's important to know your airline economics. They also threw in some brain teasers that I wasn't expecting. Overall, it was a challenging but manageable interview.
