Allegiance Mobile Health Interview Questions

The interview was pretty easy. After the initial chat, I had to pass a critical test and two drug tests. The vibe was super laid back and casual, really nice. It all took about two hours total, and they actually called me not long after I left to let me know I got the job.

It was pretty chill, I have a lot of experience so it was very casual. They explained the company well and were pretty honest about what to expect.

It was a pretty straightforward interview. The in-person part was mainly about building a strong team. I spoke with two managers who were nice and knew their stuff. They were really open about the company growing and moving towards a more corporate setup. They answered all my questions and even asked if I'd be interested in other roles since they have a bunch of openings. I got the job I applied for, but it was good they were thinking about the best long-term fit for me with the company.
