The first part of the hiring process took one day. It was a one-way video interview, which means seven questions were asked via video and you had to record yourself answering them. You can re-record as many times as you want, but each answer has a one-minute time limit.
The hiring team at Allegiance was super responsive and kept me in the loop. I knew what to expect and the general timeline for the process. It was a better experience than many other places I'd interviewed with before.
