Candidate-reported interview process

The interview was conducted over Zoom. I was in the waiting room for about 10 minutes before the interviewer let me into the interview session room.

First, there was a phone call about expectations and floor preferences. Then, an in-person interview with the managers of the floors you're interested in. They also give you a chance to shadow on the floor. Pretty simple, and it was a good experience overall.

It was a great interview experience, very positive. They gave great feedback and were very communicative about the process. It was done over Zoom. I was able to shadow the unit. It was very enjoyable and a smooth process, low stress and pressure.
