Allegheny Health Network Business Analyst interviews, decoded.

I had a Zoom interview with the managers, team leads, and the director. They asked good questions about the job and the company. The conversation was friendly, which made me feel more comfortable during the interview. The entire interview lasted about thirty minutes.

I had a phone screen with HR, then met the hiring manager in person. After that, I had an interview with the Sr. Director of another department that we work closely with, and finally, I met with the VP in person. The chat with the manager was pretty chill, but the VP interview was a challenge.

You're interviewed by a group of peers you will be working with along with a manager who fire questions at you round table style. There were two separate interviews for me, so if you are not from the area, you may be traveling twice on your own to complete the process.
