Candidate-reported interview process
You'll have 2-3 people interview you about how to sell stuff and your sales experience. They'll ask how you'd sell to someone who doesn't want to buy. They'll tell you if you got the job right after, or they'll contact you by phone or email within 3 days.
The recruitment process felt like being invited to a club rather than joining a company. The interviewers seemed quite judgmental, focusing more on appearance than on qualifications.
The interview was mostly focused on questions about handling stress, pressure, and monotonous work, as well as questions about human behavior. Having inside sales experience would help you answer, but it's not essential. They're looking for competent, tech-savvy people who can follow their processes.
