Had a phone call with HR, which was nice. They told me about the role and gave me more info. Then I had a face-to-face meeting with my manager and another meeting with a team member. Everyone was very helpful and informative.
I was invited to the company location, given a MAC Notebook and a test about deploying and configuring an AWS Cloud instance using a Linux terminal.
I always asked for a chance to prove my skills in interviews. This was the only place I got that option. The technical part was straightforward, without pressure, just a task to complete using my knowledge or by googling for a solution. The management questions covered basic topics like your motivations, past experiences, and expectations. The HR and management teams were very polite. It was the most positive interview experience of my career.
