So, I had like at least 2 phone interviews before the in-person one. The phone ones were pretty standard. Then the in-person interview was a full day, really intense. It involved several interview sessions with a group of 3 to 4 people each time. Each group focused on a different aspect, like my job qualifications, how I collaborate with others, and my technical skills. It was a super thorough process, and I got plenty of chances to ask the team members questions.
I first met for coffee with the VP of Sales. Then I had lunch with the Channel Director. Next up was lunch with the CEO. Then I had my Top Grading interview where I met with 18 employees.
This was a really thorough process to see if the company and I were a good fit. The people I met were great - professional, smart, and super passionate about what the company is trying to do. I actually found the whole thing really interesting and informative. It gave me a good look at different parts of the company, like sales, accounting, HR, finance, operations, the call center, and legal. Everyone seemed really focused and honest, and you could tell they genuinely cared about the company and the people they hire. It was cool to see the cultural diversity and how much they love the company.
