I had a couple of initial screening calls with a staffing agency, which went fine. Then, I had a third interview directly with the Director of AllCare Plus and a quality manager. During this interview, they made a weird comment about not needing to turn on my screen monitor since they wouldn't be turning theirs on. The whole interview felt like a waste of time because they seemed to be patronizing me and making up questions that weren't relevant to the job at all. I didn't get the position, which in hindsight, is probably a good thing considering how they presented themselves and their company.
I had a phone chat with the recruiter, then another one with the manager. They also did a background check and checked my references with friends or past employers.
I had an interview with HR and the Program Manager. It was a standard interview, and they didn't ask anything unusual. They offered me the job right then and there. The whole thing was super fast and easy.
