It was a straightforward process with clear questions, and it felt fair. Communication was good. Everyone I met was nice and clearly loved the company. First, there was a phone interview, and then an in-person one.
It was a pretty standard and well-put-together interview process. They really wanted to see if I'd fit in with the team and if I had a solid grasp of technical concepts, especially how well I could learn new things. They focused a lot on distributed system design (both high-level and low-level) and cloud technologies like AWS.
Possibly the biggest time wasters I’ve ever seen! Made me do 8 interviews all the way to a panel presentation only to say they’re not choosing anyone for the position. Don’t even waste your time applying, they’ve done this to multiple people.
