There were 3 rounds of interviews. The first round was with the recruiter and included basic questions. The second round was with the store or district manager and focused on basic questions about your management style and how you work. The third round involved HR, the Recruiter, and corporate staff, and included a presentation on store management style and priorities.
I applied online. The recruiter contacted me quickly to set up an interview with the HR manager. It was a good and simple interview, and she decided to move me to the final stage. I signed a confidentiality agreement, and the last step was meeting the UK Manager. On the interview day, I waited a long time, but the UK Manager never showed up. I immediately emailed the recruiter, but got no response. I did the same with the HR Manager, and still no answer. I sent many emails over the following days to both of them, and I never heard back. Extremely unprofessional.
I was contacted about an interview, and after a phone screen, I received an email for a 3-hour panel interview. I also had a one-on-one interview with another store manager at the same time.
