Allant Group Interview Questions

The interview process was pretty straightforward. It was all done over the phone, which was convenient. It felt a bit awkward sometimes because there were some long pauses during the conversation. The flow was easy to follow, although the connection wasn't the best.

So after the initial phone screening, I had one-on-one interviews in person with several folks from IT and other departments. They were all very professional and made sure I had time to ask them questions. They also told me what the next steps would be and when I could expect a decision. Once they decided and made an offer, I worked with the hiring manager and HR to sort out the details.

So, there were 3 rounds in total. First up was the HR call, around 30 mins. Then, another 40-minute technical call. Finally, a 30-minute technical interview on-site.
