It was pretty long but not that hard. I talked to a few people who didn't really feel like interviews but were part of the process. Some people I knew already from networking events so it was relaxed, but the end got more technical and serious.
It went well. I was invited for an interview the day after the career fair, followed by a video interview. The in-person interview was quite conversational and straightforward. They offered a lot of guidance during the interview.
It was easy, they asked me about my experience, why I want to do construction, what my future looks like and why I want to work there. They also asked me about myself and my background.
